It is so true what they say - holidays are much more fun with kids! We had such a fun Halloween, and usually I don't like Halloween! We got together with family, ate chili bread bowls, took tons of pictures, drank wassil, visited, played games, and took the kids Trick-or-treating! Abrielle was absolutely thrilled to go Trick-or-treating! She would stare and stare at the moon and babble loudly at each door as her Aunt Brynndi and Uncle Kayden said, "Happy Halloween!" Once she discovered that people were actually putting things in her basket... WOW! She was staring at it wide-eyed and trying to grab at it. I let her have a taste of a few smarties and a few licks of a sucker. She was in heaven!
It was so much fun to feel the love of family and the joy of celebrating together. We have truly been blessed!
