It is really strange and a lot surreal for me to think that today was the due date for our little Nathan. We have been living with and loving him for 2 weeks already and he has been such a joy. His first doctor's appointment is on Friday so we will get to see how he is growing and developing at that point. The only "health" problem he has been having has been that he has LOTS of gas and spends a good amount of time grunting and passing flarties. But he is a happy little boy and so a little Mylicon has helped to ease the discomfort.
Abrielle, Nathan and I have spent today and yesterday on our own at home. It is tricky balancing the demands of 2 different children at very different stages of life. I swear their brains are linked somehow and they are always hungry at the same time. But we have been doing alright and Abrielle's behavior seems to slowly be changing for the better. Slowly, but surely.
2 weeks old!
